well apperantley people are loving it so gotta say yea you guys really pulled this one off, the jets well there fine maybe im just complaining to much, and yes the AI bots do you squad based tactics its sick.

love it ! almost as good as mp
just 2 things that i have a problem with is when i finish one map and the next one loads it stop and goes to my desktop ? anyone help?
and also i cant choose how many bots i want i just puts lots on and even though the bot ratio is on 50 the teams are uneaven by alot

i love it, its by far the best PR_SP, but still i would prefere it, when you could make the apcs and tanks controlled by a single player, because currently they are almost useless as long as you don't play coop

Locate the following file:
\mods\pr_sp_08\ai\aidefault.ai, open the file in notepad.
You will see the following code:
aiSettings.overrideMenuSettings 1
aiSettings.setMaxNBots 47
aiSettings.maxBotsIncludeHumans 0
aiSettings.setBotSkill 0.9
Edit that code so it reads like this:
rem aiSettings.overrideMenuSettings 1
rem aiSettings.setMaxNBots 47
rem aiSettings.maxBotsIncludeHumans 0
rem aiSettings.setBotSkill 0.9
Save the file. Now your bot level customizations will work properly.

I have to say it's a great release, the best so far. Deviation is about right, and the bots are much better at getting into tanks/apcs. I agree with Maxfragg though that it would be best if you could control the tank and the gun, bots are pretty shakey drivers, and there is no way of telling them to "stop".

no, not ingame, if thats what you mean. best thing i can tell you to do is not camp a spot. thats when bots seem to lock on most of the time.
but there are other ways of getting rid of it, through file alterations.

I agree with most .... it is the best release so far.
Bots are great. Mind you I think it depends on the map you play on as to how good they are. I am finding that Fallujah is quite a bot friendly map so they play really smart on there. Lots of stairs etc so the bots can pretty much go where ever you are ..... and trust me they like to hunt you down.
I am mainly using iron sights and have been frustrated with bots shootin at me with their AK's long before I can even see them. So I have adjusted the range at which they engage and am finding it much better now.
Mind you, playing just against bots soon gets boring. Spicing it up in a coop game with a handful of my mates and I reckon I am having the best gaming experience I have had in PR to date.
Well done to all the PRSP team. BY FAR THE BEST SINGLE PLAYER / COOP GAME.

It feels a liitle more real as well. Jst about when I am ready to start to enage, they will also want to start.

yea that gets really annoying when your a sniper and you go onto a building and with in minutes there's a mortar strike on you.
