Ok, so I can get an officers kit. That's all. The only thing that appears, at any time using T is "request officers kit". I cannot put down rallies if I am a squad leader, no other kit availability on any map at any time as squad member, leader or commander. I've had numerous people in game try to help, to no avail. I have reinstalled PR to no avail.
So, using T, right or left click, the ONLY option is "request officers kit".
Thoughts??

Any thoughts? This is the ONLY message I get.
I don't know what else to try. This sure does take away from game play a lot.

Perhaps turning off your crosshair hacks might help?
