FM 3-23.25 APPENDIX F

The sight rail obviously is designed to sight many different systems on it. A few examples are provided at that link. Those are mostly to assist in night targeting.

I am attempting to find a few photos of an ACOG sight mounted on it. A few US marines have stated that they used those optics over the backup sights currently used in PR. (Thats always bugged me to no end. Why is every US soldier/British using -backup- sights?!?!)

Granted pictures of it are rather elusive and I assume the current PR military advisers would know a crapton more about it then I. So I suppose you'd have already thought that one over.

From what I've heard you can put optics on the AT4 but those aren't disposable, and you take them off before you throw away the tube, and put them on another one before you fire that one.

Might be wrong though.

That could be the answear!!!!! We have 2 rockets in a kit! And the "scope" is the firering system, and we just unhook it from the rocket, like the MEC one.

That's...not a bad idea. Considering how low-yield and limited these kits are, I guess that could kind of represent another team member tossing you one, or something.

2 at4s in a kit....no thnx. I'd not be opposed to haiving more than 1 at4 in a squad, or if the RPG-26/the chinese LAT is reloadable, that having more RPGs, but otherwise it would be wierd.
