Awsome post Riki... Everyone please READ and UNDERSTAND.'[R-DEV wrote:Riki_Rude_BTYC']Here are some tips for new players and vet players alike, I want to make a list that will help give tips to everyone.
-If you plan on driving an APC or tank PLEASE go eng, so you can repair it, if you are going to have a gunner have them go assualt so they can rearm you (i think if they throw down and ammo bag it resupplies, but commander box of supplies doesnt)
-When you get hit (in a vehicles), even just once, if possible, drop smoke or take refuge and repair then proceed
-When you are a medic and someone goes down near you, drop smoke wait for it to go off, then revive, you got 25 seconds to revive them, there is no rush
-have someone in your squad provide covering fire or eliminate the threat before you revive
-figure out the weak spots on the tanks and APCs and learn to hit those weak spots!
-remember, the black hawk is big!! fly high and stay tilted so you are mostly out of harms way and speak with your gunner so he can hit any threats below
-3 SLAMS (or timed C-4) does maybe 1/4 damage to tanks... so you shouldn't bother unless you tag team that sucker!
-when laying mines and claymores let your team know where they are!
-ALWAYS check the AAS order if you dont see the flag changing!!! I don't know how many times I've found myself yelling at other squads that are at the incorrect flag!
-Remember when you are AT you have binocs, use them! this is your only other advantage besides your AT rocket, you can tell your team where enemies are running off to and they will kill them for you
- its always a good idea to have one squad defending and another attacking, you never know when they enemy will pop up on your six and take one of your flags
-don't bother with the SLAMs (timed C-4) on bridges, the engs C-4 will take it out like cake
-always keep your humvees and SUV in the convoy close, but not too close, i'd say about 10 meters between the vehicles so if the front vehicles is taken out, precautions can be taken
-ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a convoy in extraction! its more fun for both teams, dont just take the SUV and haul *** on some random route! it looks/feels cool when you are in a convoy simple as that!
-you dont need 7 engs when doing convoy but id say have at least 3! one dedicated to the SUV, one to the little bird and one extra just in case
That's all I can think of for now, i hope all vet players come on here and post their thoughts and ideas!

Too often I waste one or more of my (limited) shock paddle charges on some idiot who lies down or tries to slowly crawl to cover while they're still being shot at, and ends up dying again! So, When you're revived, get the hell up, know where you're facing, and then immediately run to the cover the medic exposed himself from to revive you.
On the flipside:
Medics, STOP reviving ppl who are in an area without cover that is currently being shredded by projectiles.
Nothing is more annoying than being 5-10 seconds away from a respawn, suddenly being revived, only to be blown to pieces by the enemy tank that is busy raking the area with .50cal and 120mm death...forcing my to have another 30+ seconds wait to get back into the fight. (Not to mention, leaving the team down one medic)
If I need a medic, I will call out!
