Alas, my graphics are set to the lowest settings and I still have FPS problems on muttrah and fallujah, to name a few. I also highlightsquads and see if they are sticking together. I also hit tab and view squad scores trying to find a good squad.

Honestly sometimes there just aren't any good squads or they are full. It happens. Play through the bad days and you'll be sure to get some good days too. If you've done everything people have suggested and you aren't getting any luck then you just need to wait. The good squads are out there!

This is not a isolated incident. it happening across all the servers.

squad work has been getting worse and worse with every patch and it not just the new players ether it the older players also who are starting to muck up.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've noticed some veteran players and clannies hording assets / lone-wolfing lately. Sometimes they get the job done, but I'd really like to see players with experience make the effort to educate new players and lead the team, instead of just farming kills/points with the best kits/assets. How else are you going to get good solid players to stick with the community and/or join your clan?

i think the reason the veterans are behaving like this is because they are fed up with bad teamwork as well, and figure that they will have a better time going off alone then babysitting and getting killed every 5 minutes. i know, because ive had this feeling, and even indulged into it a few times.
(confession: on some server i was on, there was absolutely no teamwork. i was pretty pissed from wandering alone all the time and getting killed by counter-strike tactics, so i snuck up on the SL, TKed him, and left the server) that was my only on-purpose TK in PR. but it was worth it.

Many new players are comming these days , so I would suggest if a squad members is not listening just kick him out but first warn him.
It's better to have 1 squad members that will listen , than other 4 that won't.

Agreed. I think patience is important though. Kicking immediately after issuing an order that wasn't followed doesn't seem like a very charismatic way of leading. It is better to have a mix of experienced players leading and helping newer players willing to follow orders in all squads, as opposed to 1-2 squads full of veterans and 2-3 squads of new players getting gunned down as they try to adapt to the game / map.

I don't mind having a new player on my squad because I find sometimes they are more willing to listen to what you say than more experienced players with their own opinions. That being said, I prefer to get as much time as possible in as an enlisted soldier under a good SL, while I learn the ropes of the game, as well as the terrain across various maps. You can learn a lot from both great and not-so-great SLs, so it is worth taking some time to put yourself in the shoes of your subordinates every now and again.

As long as they will listen , it's good.
But when they start goin their own ways , just kick.
No questions asked.
And yes I agree patience is important.

I have my own idea's about what’s coursing all the lone wolfing.

I think it because deviation is becoming more and more lax, i alway's liked deviation because it forces team work and squad work and makes lone wolfing nigh on impossible to do.

Iv been watching PR a long time, ever since deviation was introduced squad work at over team work has improved immeasurably and it all comes down to devation.

Deviation is the way the bullet behaves?

How has it changed the Teamwork more?

How has deviation improved teamwork? It has brought engagements to far closer ranges, if anything, and has allowed lone wolf infantry to be much more effective in that case.

Let's take a look at the AR. The people that complain about it's current iteration use examples of when they are going up against it alone. In all other cases, I've seen squads coordinating more than ever. The difference between 0.8 and 0.5 alone revealed this. SLing in 0.8, I always ordered my squad to be very, very sneaky and approach up to within 50 meters of the enemy undetected before I gave them the order to fire. Why? Because that was the only way we could assure to at least injure any of them.

Sooooo... Yea...

Besides, deviation isn't what makes or breaks teamwork, it is the correlation of every asset, weapon and code in the game that makes it either more or less effective to work alone. It will always be more effective to work as a group, but when the effectivity of lone wolfing rises, evidently so do the instances.

Im not saying making the deviation as harsh as it was back in 0.85, i think it was, that did not work and it made a lot of people angry. i don't want deviation to go that far when you have to by at point blank range to hit any thing.

But here's the thing as soon as deviation was introduced team work and squad work when't through the roof, it became very fusible to work together and it was safe to do so because you did not have to worry about one hidden sniper wiping out your whole squad.

And then there was the combat which i must say was far better then any release previously, because the gun's where no longer like laser gun's it resulted in very huge and spectacular fire fights, simular to real life, it was intense.

90% of the times when I play on the "big" servers I encounter great teamwork, whether if I function as a soldier or as a SL.
people tend to want to stick together recognizing that it enhances their chances of survival and is generally the whole premise of this game, and that's beautiful.

however, yesterday I've encountered a SL who was OK with giving orders and directing the flow of the mission, but the guy was having crazy wingdings, all of a sudden he'd burst out and curse the whole team on VOIP, lots of profanity, calling his squad "noobs", saying he can't take it anymore etc.
and all I can say about that is, keep your goddamn life trouble out of this game, and remember that this IS just a game. I swear alot when I get pissed, but not for one second I will direct my anger towards my squaddies.

Have not read all the comments here. But, the most importent thing if you want to play PR on its finest according to me is that you find a good active server that is controlled and played by admins quite often. They organise and make things under control inside the server and makes the experience so much fun. No locked squads and no messing around.
