The last one is an ACOG a reddot don't have zoom.
@ Sgt.Smeg
You should have a look on America's Army 3. The opticals you see there should match with the real ones, because this game is made by the US army as a propaganda game. And the ACOG you see there is the same as the new PR one.

We were just having this discussion here.
ACOG Reticle - Project Reality Forums
I've never seen the ACOG/RCO with the horizontal lines on each side of the chevron before, I've only shot this version.
http://www.mountsplus.com/miva/graphics ... -TA31F.jpg
(Called an RCO, even though it has ACOG written on the side lol).
Basically the samething, but without the extra lines on each side of the chevron. What are those lines even for?

Shows you the various sight options (it's the sales brochure from Trijicon

) - many many versions of the sight available, and a whole bunch of them have the horizontal marks, including some variants of the RCO. (RCO just means it's the model (4x32) adopted by the USMC and Army.
The vertical marks are adjusted for range - allowing you to zero the weapon and then adjust fire for ranges easily. I'm not 100% certain, but I'd assume that the horizontal marks are a similar setup to adjust for windage. Guess only.

How come the one currently modeled isn't on that list?

The new one that is modeled,
seen here, is the reticle for the TA31RCO-M150CP. If you look in the PDF linked to in the post you quoted, scroll down to page 6. You'll see it in the second column, second row, in the 4x32 section. Among the models listed for that sight image, you will see TA31RCO-M150CP.
The one that is in .860 now is the TA31F. It's sight image lies on the same page previously mentioned, third column, third row, 4x32 section. TA31Fs were issued during the beginning of the recent Iraq war, during Operation Iraqi Freedom (look on the first page of referenced PDF).
The developers have done a fine job of modeling ACOGs so far.

I saw that one on the page, but it still looks different from the one currently being modeled. The one being modeled has 10 notches on each side of the Chevron. The one you mentioned only has 3. IMO, the one right now looks like it is a sight for an APC.

The reticle images on the Trijicon website are truncated to save space.

Lets just end the debate by saying; the devs know what they're doing, the reticle is accurate, end of story.

ive been putting thought to this.. and i believe now after all the posts and everything is, my posts as much as yours are correct.. the problem is the view acogs are seen from in real life compared to in PR
because in PR it goes to a full screen type thing it alters the look, i believe the reticule thing is too small because its supposed to be in ratio to the screen, but if seen from a far in prespective as a real acog would be seen from it looks correct
idk if you understand my reasoning fully but i know what ium talking about
