5 hours!!???! why is so long

then you may have just installed the patch all along, its about 3 gig total download... about 1.5 each.. arorund...

if it was alot shorter time.. either noone was installing it, or you installed the wrong thing.. mostlickley

ok... you lost me, so what did i do wrong and what should i do?

You must have only installed the PATCH which you cant do since you dont have the previous version of PR.

Download and install this:
Project Reality Mod for Battlefield 2 Project Reality v0.86 Core download - Mod DB
then:
Project Reality Mod for Battlefield 2 Project Reality v0.86 Levels download - Mod DB

ok im doing them, CORE going to take 2 hours, levels going to finish in 14 mins

install core first, then levels, it should be able to dl first with no problems, just install the core before the levels
