Limit the pilot kit and you'll see pilots being "held hostage" by being killed and their kits taken. I can see it now, apaches sitting on the ground waiting for pilots, but the kits are all being held by enemies in their main, which cannot be attacked. Add about 15 confused noobs who want to fly those apaches. You'd better believe people wouldn't eject or even get out if their disabled aircraft landed itself perfectly. You wouldn't want to risk the use of your next aircraft.
But, i really like the idea of pilot kits only being being requested at main. If the pilot dies and the helicopter is just sitting on the ground, just anyone shouldn't be able to jump in and fly away. It would encourage having co-pilots, and escorting pilots to a downed aircraft after the area has been secured.
Pilots are worth Tickets, not the Vehicle itself

Re: Pilots are worth Tickets, not the Vehicle itself
agreed, if the pilot shares the tickets with the vehicle perhaps.LithiumFox wrote:....shouldn't the vehicle AND the pilot be worth tickets? =) That way the vehicle is important, as well as the pilot
if the kill is made on both you get full score, if only the vehicle and the pilot survived half the score.
