PR.exe has stopped working

I read that, it just says unable to locate Target.

Your default path for your 'target' in Vista should be:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr"
Default path for XP:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr"

What do you have?
It's very important to let PR installers use the default install folder:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2
Choosing the mod folder instead screws the pooch. The installer can and will put files in the correct place inside Battlefield 2s folder.

So I repaired .Net then uninstalled PR. Then Reinstalled PR and .Net.
now I'm back to this

I've did that the fist time I installed it, in that path the PR.EXE would work but the game would not start

Right I think I see your problem

For some reason the game is installing into your Desktop folder and not your Program Files/Battlefield2 folder.

This is where your PR should be installing to (by default) .... "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\"

And you should end up with the pr.exe file in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr"

Where is your Battlefield 2 installed to ?

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe Thats BF2, but I Have installed it to the Mods Directory for BF2, thats when I get the PR.exe has stopped working error.

Are you running BF2/PR in windowed mode ? If not do so , and obtain a full error read out. Pr.exe has stopped working is just a generic fault message. I need the exact details.
