I think LAT and RPG should disable trucks and humwees instantly 90% of the time, (kill crew, destroy engine, blow up gas tank whatever, it should not keep moving. The remaining 10 percent is for when you hit the windows etc). This is not only because it is realistic its also for gameplay reasons as the Humwees we have now are a bit too good armored and they are crossing the line into APC territory, lowering the use of strykers etc.

We can keep the damage against APC as it is right now since it is pretty balanced.
