1. M249. Laz0r.
2. HK21. Nice burst mode, nice rof/dmg/ammo combo. Once this gets a real scope, it might be even better than the M249.
3. PKM (zoomy). Easy-to-use irons, 2HKO and does really quite well at long ranges. Bit overheaty though.
4. PKM (nonzoomy). Same as above, but lack of zoom saddens me.
5. L86. Which was originally intended to be a LMG, but ended up as a LSW, and now, I've heard, is used as a marksman wep almost exclusively (I know it's a MM, but I've found it doesn't do half badly on manual burst mode as a makeshift LMG, plus it's a better LMG than #6).
6. QBB-95. Fail damage, fail accuracy, miserable fail ammo. Probably better off giving your squad a marksman, who can reach out to the same range that the M249 can, or farther. If MM was spawnable or SAW wasn't, I'd always take the MM for China.
Haven't really used the Al-Quds, so I dunno how much I like it, but it can't be worse than the QBB-95.

I really dont get what problems all of you have with the chinese LMG.
(Dont really play AR so much anymore, I rather take medic. AR is so nooby

)
I just remember when we stress-tested one ealier build I cleaned up on Seven Gates with that gun.
When I tried it later in the finished build it hasnt changed for tbh. Well, ammo IS a problem, but damage? And the sights are waaaay better than the HK21 (which I personaly HATE)
Ok, the chinese still doesnt match the M249, but thats pretty impossible really.

Why all the hating on the QBB, this is in my opinion probably the most versatile AR in the game. I don't see how the accuracy is fail, deployed on semi-auto, this is a spawnable marksman rifle, well capable of hitting a man sized target at max draw distance. In CQC undeployed the irons are an excellent guide, there about 5mm out on my screen and don't obscure your line of fire like the sight on the M249. Damage fail? I have never had to put more than 3 bullets into a target to put him down, 1 in the head=dead, 2 in the torso=dead. Yes, mabey it has problems against lightly armored targets, but most of the targets your going to go up against with a QBB are open sided anyway, you will kill the crew a long time before you kill the vehichle.
Now, as for the ammo, this gun has a 100 round drum, any way you look at it, that's still a lot of ammo, obviously less than the 200 round box on the SAW, and its high ROF eats these bullets really quick. But on the plus side, you are a lot easier to resupply from part ammo bags than the SAW is, you can get 3-4 clips back from a bag that has, for example just resupplied a HAT.
The real winner for the QBB for me though is that is, more inconspicuous than any other AR in PR. Everyone knows exactly what a PKM, SAW, HK21, sounds like, they are all make a verry distinctive sound compared to the other faction weapons, the QBB only really gives itself away by its ROF. Even a visual identification of the QBB is more difficult that with any other AR, as its design similarities to the other QB series weapons make it a lot harder to spot out in a squad than the giant M249 or PKM.

THAT is so true, I forgot to mention hat in my previous post. More than once I was like " Okay, that dood HAS to reload now, his 30 Rounds-mag MUST be empty" ( I thought he was just a normal ironsight-rifleman) and he sprayed me away when I rushed him. Its really hard to tell in the heat of a close-quarter-battle.
okay, on middle and long range the little spread between the shots is giving away that it is an AR, but well.
However, I pretty much love the chinese AR

People probably are getting confused by the QBB's 600 RPM vs the M249's 900 RPM.
With the para firing more bullets faster it is less noticeable when it misses.

Nothing even comes close to the SAW because there's no iron sights:
No blocking your view after some kick means longer bursts on target,
also it's much easier to shoot moving targets and
you have more general target area awareness, you can see if someone is setting up to shoot you.

FN Minimi as featured for the British, only because i prefer the elcan over the acog on this weapon, i dunno the acog on the m249 just doesnt feel right for me, too much of a precise point whereas on the elcan you get a clear line of sight and a marked out kill zone
