Its a 3dsmax render with v-ray,... it will have a scope, a red dot sight, only ironsights, it will be a handheld kit, mounted on vehicles, on a tripod... the limitations will be a big inaccuracy when not prone fired... there are no ingame pics yet, it will be shortly exported

To answer peoples questions,

It will be the new MEC machinegun for 0.9. Both handheld and possibly vehicle mounted as well. Other factions that will come later will also be using it, the Germans for example.

It will handle similar to the way the HK21 does now, although it will be more difficult to control if not deployed and set up because of it's insane rate of fire.

It will come with and without optics.

I was actually thinking of suggesting the MG3, but it seems the R-Devs can read people's minds. Epic.

Will it sound like a MG42? (with that 'ripping' sound, not sure how to describe it)

HK21 I believe is a vanilla asset, and not commonly used so it will probably be dropped. Not to say it wont make a return if someone decides to model it themselves (and improve upon the vanilla model).
