There was something similar to a 4x and 8x zoom scope if I am not mistaken that was attached to several FALs I've seen through Refs. No links sorry

Did you guys ever get these all textured up and exported?

I have the ironsight variants ready for animation. The scopes still needs texture.

I'm just trying to help everyone out. Currently, I am only working on FH2 Mod stuff right now. There is not much new for PR that needs exporting. Therefore, I am trying to help out the factions here as my time permits. We all know that they need the help, right? The more help these guys get. The faster we can perhaps get them implemented into PR!

Speaking of Eod. We do have another version of EoD coming out for BF1942. (For those who still play 1942.)

Check the website out for more details. Alot of new maps and many updates to pre-existing maps.

Looking absolutely great, about time this venerable rifle made its way into PR.

I'm with gazz on this behaving similar to the G3. Would it make a little more sense for this to replace the G3 for the Cell Leader kit on Insurgents?

It'd be a great if we could make a unconventional faction built on all these old western arms, I mean we got M16A1s, FALs and M60s all good to go heh..

FPaiva allowed the ARF to use the FAL series for the militia and the conventional armies

The FARC uses basically all of them....

some south-east asian countries(thailand, heck even burma/Myanmar and vietnam) still use those weapons(at least the older ar-15 types and m60's) in great number, though they're starting to replace them due to their current arms race
but those factions wouldn't be unconventional, so I guess the ARF or OGG(as our french comrades sometimes still call them ) will at least use the fals in great number.
