I think that a perfect PR style game would have Crysis graphics, in addition to good ballistics, fairly realistic but gameplay wise fun depiction of military organization, large maps (largest with several hundred players, smaller maps with 60-70), improved interaction between inf antry-vehicles-air units, etc.

Also, I think that having a system in which you can decide what you carry to the battlefield, the items you take with it, basically. You or your squad leader could determine what you carry in your bags, so to speak. Your carrying capacity would be restricted by space and weight. Likewise, trucks going out to the supply depot in the main could determine what they transport to the battlefield. And when you grab ammo or stuff from a crate, you're presented with an image of the content of the crate, and you have to pick the item you want. No more magic crates that reload anything you have.

I wish people would stop talking about Crysis level graphics - my computer can just run PR. Not everyone has an extreme computer or the money to upgrade it. If you just added realistic behaviour to the environment for something like CoD (or C4 engine) graphics would work well enough.
