Are you sure that's not moddable? I wouldn't have thought so. I even think that Claymores could be triggered by other explosives in Vanilla. Not sure now, but I could've sworn...

but yeah its moddable just give explosives hitpoints,
but would this in crease the amount of destroable objects in the game?
and arn't they meant to be kept under 300 so this could be a problem i don't knwo

if they want the cache, place a big perimeter of ied's and nade traps, then blow it up when they blow the cache.. what really needs to be done is as the suggestion said, allow ied's to be dis-armed, and let it be a small challange so not everyone can/will do it.
make it so that only one class like the engineer can do it, so they have to secure the area before they blow the cache, or the insurgent risks being a cache-killer
