A legal agreement has being broken, The PR Dev Team has the 'right' to terminate anyone's ability to host a PR server, and thats what they have done.

If your going to defy the rules set out in any agreement you have entered into, expect to receive punishment in some form, as stated in said agreement.

The thing is he didnt "Break" the agreement. He said something bad on xfire...While he was drunk non the less.

You guys didn't read the full conversation and this wasn't the first time.

We will take c0ca's apology into consideration, but he will stay in the cooler until we reach a decision.

Is the right place to discuss server licenses?

Or just an explanation of why we won't be seeing the 10th on the list of populated servers...

There were usually a lot of good players on there. Hopefully they will find their way to another server until this is resolved. Otherwise we'll be down to only 1 or 2 full servers at night.

I got an infraction from a DEV that was either drunk or someone got on his computer, nothing ever happened to him.

And if he was right that he did not put the map on the list, then he did not break any rules

I just think the punishment might of been a little excessive, but again, the DEVs have made their decision so there is nothing anyone can do anyways

I think that drunk statement was a metaphor or an example of some sort.

Even though he didn't put the map up, he well said he was going to.

I don't wish for this thread to become an argument, I think we should just respect the Dev's decision. (and and as you said, I doubt they're going to change their mind)

To be honest, I've seen lots of drunk RDEVs and RCONs post stupid (sometimes offensive) **** on the forums. Not to mention I'm appalled at certain DEVs' behaviour in-game. He didn't actually break the rule and he apologized...

If you're not going to post the entire xfire conversation, why post any of it? Or atleast explain why it was so caustic.

Wow. (an "lol" would be too inappropriate for a thread of this seriousness.)

Not given all of the facts I don't think the community can draw any accurate conclusions. I hope this eventually gets resolved, however.

difference is that there was a legal agreement infringed upon in this scenario.

In the DEVs we trust.

Ancientman was drunk too, so they were equal

They should receive the same treatment as 10th, you can't justfy giving different treatment after giving a licanse termination to another group.

Yeah right! But then you punish the one rude employee and not all his friendly colleagues!

I have experienced the 10th server as a very reliable server which was very good and strict administered.
We always enjoyed playing there very much. It was always our first choice.

I think cocain learned his lesson now.

Whoa... That's... I wouldn't have punished the entire clan. I'd suggest you, 10th members, to privately talk to the Devs and see what will happen to the clan. If you keep it civil you might have the chance to get a new license for the clan, as I don't think the Devs want to lose or punish the entire 10th community. That does not belong to the forums though, I'd just suggest you to get in contact with the Devs about it and see what you can do.

That's just what I'd do. I'm not saying that the Devs will certainly give back the license or anything.

I can't believe this...

For the sake of the german/european PR community, i hope that those involved can find a better way to deal with the problem. Punishing the whole clan and all the regular players will be a lot worse for the community than a server admin who says stupid things when drunk.
So i don't see how the action taken reflects the spirit of the allegedly broken legal agreement.

But in the end it's the devs decision...
