My Cousin has done 3 tours in iraq and is going back for a 4th. He has been in the Army for almost 14 years now. I asked him about the dash cams mounted in Humvees. He told me there is a dash cam usually mounted in the lead Vehicle of convoys. So if they get ambushed they can review the footage of the area and go back another time and strike back.

He also said almost All helicopters operating in Iraq and afghanistan have cameras built into the nose of the aircraft. From AH64's to Blackhawks.

As for the live feed back to the commander i do not know if this is possible.

But in todays Day and Age the technology to do this does exist and i strongly believe that it is being used in combat today.

Even if this is true, and It probably is integrated into most aircraft, this is most likely hardcoded and way out of our engine's capability. As much as this would give the commander a more important role in the game, this would probably not be able to be acheived. Maybe if the UAV zoom as reduced and was given LGBs requestable by ground units.

The UAV plane is invisible right?

I have never seen it in game flying over.

It could just be mounted on the front of every vehicle . Or Above every vehicle about 5 feet.
