Well, I think you're getting the wrong Idea here. Chances are, the average insurgent is not nearly as capable as the people who are playing them anyways.PLODDITHANLEY wrote:Cool Rudd, where the ANA have to be shouted at to do anything, sounds like a Wicca job that, and in a firefight they teamswitch.

The real benefit of ANA units would simply be that Blueforce operations in insurgency would not have their usual overwelming (scopes) firepower, which might allow for some different gameply on a more balanced level. It would allow the potential for maps with contested objectives, or possibly even featuring insurgents on the offensive. Take, for instance, the USMC at fallujah. was the US objective to find dinky caches scattered all over the map? NO! They were trying to take the city in a conventional firefight! why not have some maps where Insurgents have to defend the mosques for a change? it would give some much-needed variety IMO. Just take a few MEC skins and add insignias, and you'd probabily have a workable ANA force
Also, even though this topic seems generally neglected, for the possibilty of maps featuring northern alliance/millitias during the invasion of 2001, Having US SOF squad leaders who speak Farsi is believable and would require no hard coding. to change voices.
