Go to
Graphics Drivers & Software then select your operating system type, your graphics card make and model and hit Go. You end up on a page where you can download the updater (select the link that says "Display Driver ATI WDM Integrated")

Drivers are the bit of software that came with your graphics card, when you installed it, or which was already loaded on the machine when you purchased it.
All you need to update your ATI drivers are on this link below. Click and ofllow the instructions and support information on drivers there.

If you installed the drivers and are still having problems it's time to get a new graphics card
