Decent RE-suggestion,
However I personally am in a good mood and you seem to be attacking this from a different angle than previous suggestions. You may continue for now with you discussion.

Thanks, I'll try and sum it up again.
- Real life use of M72s has been confirmed by an MA and different online sources
- M72 already ingame
- Little work for the Devs
- More variety = more fun in my opinion
- Low priority
- No M136 without a scoped rifle

Eddie's quotes are from 2008. If the LAW had been phased out again I am sure that he would have mentioned that in his reply that he made yesterday.Sniper77shot wrote: Your source is out of date.

You know you can just add another selection item, right? That way you can keep both the scoped and irons version of the LAW and the M136.
Or you can just dictate which maps get which. Maps with armor get the M136 and maps with no armor get the LAW.
But I like my first idea better. Just add another item on the sub-menu for an alternate LAT kit.

Yeah nice ideas what I meant earlier is to have a submenu with the M136 with ironsights or Aimpoint depending on map and LAW having a scoped rifle. You can left click or right click for either one with the submenu.

No, this is not possible without ALL factions getting a new LAT kit as the GUI is not map specific.Solid Knight wrote:But I like my first idea better. Just add another item on the sub-menu for an alternate LAT kit.

Insurgency gets LAW, Conventional gets AT4?Solid Knight wrote:You know you can just add another selection item, right? That way you can keep both the scoped and irons version of the LAW and the M136.

Also a possibility and you'd only have to change one file per map AFAIK.Scot wrote:Insurgency gets LAW, Conventional gets AT4?
