Although its all good and fun to post ideas for this stuff, remember that the dev's have quite a bit on their plate, and I'm sure they have the ability to go search for this stuff themselves in the event that they want to add more statics in. Comparing PR to other mods (FH2..) in terms of statics isn't going to help anything either.
One thing you could do is go and 'buy' 3DSmax or whatever and develop some of these statics yourself.

We have a lack of ussr/russian houses. They are usually built from few standard templates, so if someone will model these templates, then it will be easy to build russian/western europe city.

There is a whole Section of New chineese objects under development ... search the Dev logs for a list and a bunch of screenshots ... they look pretty awsome ... but yea more development on enterable chineese buildings would be nice

would be far better and easier to just make brand new statics. If your going to re-lightmap a map you need to have enough changes to the map to make it worth it.
If we where also prepared to re-lightmap basrah or w/e we might as well put in the new buildings we already have made into the map rather than swap out vBF2 buildings for vBF2 buildings with interiors.
Besides we need vBF2 buildings with no interiors as they help with performance, smaller LMs required, less polys etc. Ye they aint as good for gameplay but they are needed.
