I'll be the first one to admit that a majority of PR content doesn't have normals done in the correct fashion (due to when they were done), but it is important to get it right somewhere down the line.

Thanks, but I think once the custom kit geoms are the player textures should be redone aswel, if i compare them to any ref i have im missing some green here and there, but thats for another topic, with the (allmost) completion of the last C7 all infantry weapons are done and we can focus more on the last vehicles and maps.

Heh, with a good model it's an easy job, the hardest part was to match the US M16A4 positions in the export scene for the 3p view, because the geom0 and geom1 were not located at the same place for the M16. (and the weapon was not scaled meh...

)
BTW, glimmer, check if the reticles are exactly the same with the C7A1 and the C7A1 with AG36, I placed it approximatively taking the Canadian 3D scope. The diameter of the scope could be different so.

About hte only thing I dont like about that UGL is that it sticks so far down, but I guess they've researched it so I cant really complain about its looks

DeltaFart, the model was based on this ref:

'[R-COM wrote:Glimmerman;1330007']DeltaFart, the model was based on this ref:

if you look at the ref the pistol grip doesn'g go bellow the edge of the magazine where as the screenie appear to show it doing so.

The mag is "a bit" lower,.

you can see it with the position of the vertices on the mag and on the ugl grip.
You can be mistaken with an optical illusion, with a reference taken at 90°, I could tell you if the ugl is scaled or not. Here I don't see a huge difference.
Edit : Danke asked me the tri count is not the one of the gun, but of the whole export scene...

Like Hauteclocque allready shows, its a optical delusion.

ya but i like the feel of the AG36 over the m203, much easier to use, plus with the telescopic butt of the A2 would just be so beautiful

Nice! Any issues found in-game?
