ok thanks for all the help yall so if i turn of the screen efects i cant have the commo rose?

Cant you play like the rest of us and not try to get a stupid advantage over people also if you do remove the folder youll just get kicked by PB for md5 tool mismatch or something
as for people with stupid nvidia driver problems oh well lucky them xD
unless you are trying to use no bleed effect for something else

ok i put in renderer.drawhud 1 but the console doesnt accept it...

Certain Nvidia drivers dont show up the bleed out effect.

I guess I'm one of the unlucky user's of nvidia that's drivers actually work.
