Every version.... especially right after a new release player counts sky rocket because of all the cover on websites and forums. And normally in that time is when we PR and the community notice a surge of suggestion, complaints, and "PR is ruined forever". It takes about a month for it all to die down and to start seeing good player numbers and team work.
