true, but even if your joggin at that pace IRL it would be a little faster, and you would look a bit wierd jogging at that pace, they would think your moonwalking.

yes the sapi plates stop small arms fire, and the vest is for ballistics. i stand corrected. those things cover such a little area, i say you have a small chance of getting hit there, but it's better than nothing. i hated wearing them when i had to.

The current jogg is 10km/h witch is pretty good imho. Considering you can keep that pace for hours, through rocks, sand and dense forests.
Also after you just made a 150m full out sprint with all that gear your wearing.
Just buff the rate at which stamina is gained while not moving, acting like your standing to take a break. I know standing still already boosts the stamina rate a little bit, but its not enough.
I don“t think you gain stamina any faster if you stand still.
Complete reload is always 1min 20sec.
Hopefully a Dev can prove me wrong as i really like that idea of gaining stamina faster if your completly still.

Its fine the way it is for me, but here's a cute little suggestion that probably isn't possible with the fail 2 engine. Make it so when you go prone you regain stamina faster i.e. resting.

It seems ..ok.. to me perhaps could be better. What real life situation could you use to replenish your sprint faster? other than slamming some meds or something harmful.

off-topic
..
Saobh, why would you edit the word "sucks"?

seems pretty harmless...

The video shows the vest how it is issued to the soildiers in Iraq, and this should be the model for PR. Plates are made for stopping bullets but the problem is that the issued plates do not stop ak47 bullets which is the rifle of the Iraqis, so why is that ?
You quoted me, Like ankle you wrongly assumed i meant vest when i said ballistic plates, also The issued plates are meant to (tho not always) stop 7.62 ammunition.

If you find soda cans around ramiel u'll get a 25 percents stamina boost after 15-30 min of waiting : )?

if you need to get somewhere fast, use some teamwork and get a ride with a vehicle, if you don't need to get somewhere fast, go at a steady pace instead of sprinting constantly, you'll survive more anyway as you won't run in to ambushes.

I think this is probably a case of prior conditioning tbh, in lots of games the maps are small the sprint is fast etc, thus we all find it hard to slow down, and get to PR's speed.

something in this system is clearly working right since I'm constantly holding at safe locations with my squad to rest so that we can cross more dangerous ground fast.

surely realistic?

How about those poppy plants on Lashkar? Heard they turn the foliage into rainbows!

As rudd said the sprints are olyimpic fast just to tell you
they also have alot of gear as IRL soliders dont sprint as much so we shouldint make it more.

I played with you on beriut the other day but had to leave and yours like best freinds with luntic.ops71 right?lol

a way i get past this, and i tell my squad the same, don't use your sprint unless crossing open ground or in shitty situations. if you use it all up humping it out to a place, you'll perhaps regret it later

Fastest way I've ever seen stamina replenish is when I went to get a beer... Crazy how fast that thing went back up..

Indeed.

Some people say the current armour is useless against a 7.62 round but I think that's a load of ****. Look at all the people who survived getting shot by Juba and his Al Kadesiah which as we all know is chambered in 7.62.
Apparently the interceptor armour does it's job well enough.
