insurgents: hiding inside your garbage trucks

Good idea.

Haha ... yea that sounds good too me lol have them like ... Hiding under the garbage ..... actualy thre should be like a GARY bomb truck Normal 2 seats BUT a 2nd Trash dumpster with hiding positions under the trash in the back ... so it Looks like a normal bomb turck but in fact its a transport lol ...

LIKE the RED bombcars ... there are the normal transport cars and the destructive ones lol give the enemy a run for their money ahha

okay but also some one suggested we shoudl have a VAN +10 idea .... Insergents need more normal vehicles in the urban maps to simulate the differnt kines of vehicles being driven normal day...

i highly doupt if you go into albasrah or Falluja every one drives pick ups and small hatchback cars

van would be awesome and for Gary I think unarmed version would be nice but would ruin the surprise

thats what hes talking about in the thread about the unarmed gary

This is one of the simpilest suggestions ive ever seen on these forums, yet one of the best not only because it is plausable, it would not require that much work as all of the models and shiz are already in game!

I guess the only thing that made it work is the driver being shot out though right? Otherwise it would have just blown up with everyone in it when the BluFor thought it was a bomb and not very effective, and if this was added that would be the normal result from here on out.

Great story though, wish there was a video!

That's like saying Gary doesn't ever make it to it's target and blow up prior 100% of the time. It doesn't matter whether the driver dies or not, you have a big arse truck coming at you and you don't know whether it's packed to blow or full with 6-7 guys in the back.

problem is, any Gary is ALWAYS a priority target. So it wouldnt be the safest troop transport

BTW, i think the idea is really good, also good idea to put it on the side and just make em think its abandond, once they walk past, unload into them =-P

It was a generic garbage truck without a payload so there was no intent of using it as a bomb. It was basically an APC for the passenger who did an excellent job of concealing himself.

The only reason I survived was that I glanced over at the Truck to see him peak over the sides. If I hadn't been expecting confrontation I would been burnt alive .

It would allow for such a strategy as my story depicted and also simply be a nice way to transport people around if need be.

Theres a reason some members in the clan grab all the Gary's and Big Red's sometimes on Bashra and do a massive convoy lol. Enough to scare the **** out of any armoured unit.

not if you use unarmed big red and gary, plus, they shoot at one vheical, their are still 3 comming straght at you, andto survive, you need to kill the 5 with the bomb, so its actually a better idea to not engage and run instead of fighting a convoy of bomb cars
