correct me if i'm wrong...
Both regular and bot planes are available, reg jets inside hangars.
The bot planes are always parked on the runways, they can't fly the normal jets. I think it's a limitation of BF2 AI.
Both regular and SP Armour is available as well.
It's actually not bad practice if you fly a normal jet against the bot planes. The bots can outmaneuver the normal jets., and they never miss lol. They are handicapped by the AI though...
I find the maps a little small, often flying out of bounds.

Theres normal helicopters too? when i pilot a helicopter on coop looks like i'm piloting a vanilla chopper... it is so slow and easy to fly...

You must be referring to the LB?
Yeah they are easy, but the Apache and especially the Huey's take some practice. I'm sure they are same as MP server.
I'm a good Apache pilot, but can't fly a Huey at all.\
Btw, bot's are excellent Apache gunners - but don't ever let them fly

Shrug. If you're honest and admit that it's your first game, and that you've read the manual, most people will be pretty accepting of you. Better players will give explicit instructions and smooth the way while explaining things too.
Just tell them it's your first game and it should be alright.

I play pr for a year, but only in the infantry, and started using aircrafts for a month ago...
I'm confused about the gunner seat of the TORNADO and SU-30, they have missiles anti-tank, and jdams LG and LT, right? but in the hud of the tornado it only shows HF LG and HF LT, and in the SU-30 it shows only HF LG, and 4 images, 2 hellfies, 1 white missile (anti-tank i think) and 1 jdam...
let me see if i'm right, in the gunner seat of these aircrafts:
button 1: normal view
button 2: Missile LG
button 3: Missile LT
button 4: JDAM LG
button 5: JDAM LT
correct me if i'm wrong...
i don't know if it is the right place for this kind of question, if it isn't i'm sorry.

5% of the project reality players are ignorant and think this game/mod is like MW2(they act like it). So just ignore that 5% and ask the 95% of players that are willing to help you.
Btw im one of those people in the 95% category

OK, I'm not really sure what you're asking but:
SU-30
Chaff/Flares?
SR AA
LR AA
JD LT
SU-25 Frog (Can't remember armament exactly)
RocketsJ
HF LT
JDAM LT
SRAA
The weapon cycling is different for each type.
The reg jets are the only ones with LT capability.
JDAM's are all LT afaik (need lase)
Only Heli's have the LG + LT AT
I don't know about the Tornado as it's not available in co-op.

Mate you realize the SU-30 and the Tornado are jets right? Not attack choppers...
There is only one seat - the pilot.

This would be a lie of course, as no self respecting PR vet has ever read it..lol
It's like an inhouse joke, at least once evry map...:

This.
A n00b joins a squad of regs and immediately grab the sniper kit.
30secs later he spams global asking why he can't get back in the squad he was just kicked from.
A N00b sits at an airbase firing smoke grenades onto the runway...
Then steals an A10 after knifing the pilot and crashes it during takeoff.
A Newbie just hopes he finds a squad of helpful regs, who won't kick or yell, and can live with a few SQ mistakes .

Are those TG mp servers still no holds barred, or are there rulez in place now? lol
And do they still only have 2 server s that kick for members, or have they added some?
Used to suck getting kicked from a great Squad/Round

I read the manual. Everyone I used to play with read the manual. Pretty much every self respecting player in .6-.7 had read the manual and RTFM was something actually worth saying to n00bs. Since then the manual hasn't kept up with the game at all.

hahaha, create a local game in qinling and enter at these aircrafts and come back here and say "theres only one seat - the pilot"
they're fighter/bomber jets...
theres a gunner seat, for the guy who controls the weapons like the jdams and the anti-tank missiles...

I disagree...I started in 0.7 and there wasn't even a proper manual available. If there was no one read it, guys on ur server maybe..
Seems it's come a long way in the last couple of patches...
Seriously though, if you think most PR players read it - you're only kidding yourself....they don't..
Info comes from server and clanmates etc...
I did have a look at the one one included with this patch, though, and it's pretty basic.

Dude those are
Chinese jets.-
There are no Chinese jets in the latest co-op maps... There is no Tornado either...
Have u been playing co-op or single player? What version do you have even?
Actually this is pointless - lets jump on a server...which one? Normally I'm on VG for co-op....
