As Danke said, this vid is now slightly outdated so try not to get too much out of it but I'm glad to see people getting excited for the next release.
Maybe a PR Forum Alert Level increase on the horizon...

Looks cool but one major flaw.By the time you have done all that **** the target will be long gone looks long winded and dull to use tbh.Could be a good thing balence wise though who knows.
Why not make it like FH:2 a system that works perfectly IMO.

Yeah, because in real life you don't need a spotter either and you always have a magic floating camera in the air watching the target...
Not to forget fire missions come in instantly.

because its not as realistic
because this is more balanced
because this requires more teamwork
because its not hard once you've done it a couple of times

I'd say its about right. It looks like a very powerful weapon, it should be hard to use effectively. And I reckon you could still hit moving (infantry) targets, with a lot of skill, co-ordination, and luck!
It certainly completely changes the dynamics of the battlefield. I mean, imagine for instance how effective this thing would be on Qwai, once you've pushed them back to the last flag(or even before that, considering Qwai more often than not becomes a stalemate). This is just too epic

Will the mortars hurt caches or only hurt people, not the cache?

This video isn't finalised as Sniperdog is still slaving away at getting some changes in. Closing thread and removing link.
P.s that awful song wasn't mine, it was removed and they put a generic one in.
