Talking about making it worth your money: Get a HD 5670. DX11 has a lot of features that increase speed so it would make sense going for that in a new gfx card.

Your GPU is essentially two 5870 crossfired together in one GPU, and because this game does not support cross fire, you can't use both cores of you GPU and get full performance out of the card.
There are driver out that will help you use both cores, but the results are negligible.
if your lucky you might get up to 40FPS with certain drivers contained in this web link.
