If you need mobility, there is the acer aspire with a radeon 5850 in it. It costs about 1000 dollars though, but if you sell your laptop, that should do it. If you are serious about gaming and dont need that mobility, I would get a desktop and keep the laptop untill your dog eats through it to get to your homework or it gets stolen.

Maybe it is possible to buy what they use in the apsire and fiddle it into your notebook.

"Can you run it" is plain shit. Don't trust it, its very very unreliable, just try to go on a forum and look at some posts there about the system requirements. Just my 2 cents.

Edit: Ehm IDK about your GPU, can you tell us the exact details??, the rest should be fine.

what a fail of website. i tried BF2 which in vannilla runs ok on my laptop but it says icant run it. :? ??: FAAAAAAAIIIIIIL! :mrgreen:
