Very likely has to do with drivers not supporting some new stuff.

I clean out my gfx once every 3-6 months, so don't think its overheating, plus everything else works fine.

Actually on first release of 0.91 old ATI owners had a bug where TOW and leopard views would cause a CTD.

I got it fixed!

open up device manager, check in you gfx for driver version. I used ati installer but i guess it didnt work, so mine said WDM drivers.

download drivers, then from device manager right click on gfx and update driver -> browse -> let me pick from list -> have disk -> and browse to "C:\ATI\Support\"driver version"\Packages\Drivers\Display and find the .inf file; update.

Problem was in win7 not using ati driver.... don't know why.

I have the same texture issue on the mortar and also in some APCs with viewing windows, and as i recall the gunner in the BTR, the aiming reticule is all over the place but no random colors. Not sure if its the driver cause in my task manager says ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 and I also used the online update in task manager.
