I know it's kind of a detailed discription, but see if I'm having the same problem as you; and I also agree that I never had this problem until version 0.95 came out. Hopefully it's just a bug and a patch is on the way...
Nevermind, my problem seemed to be that my settings were too high. Just turned anti-alaising off and now it's working without the stuttering. :-)

Yeah different for me it lags in the same way no matter the settings and fps and ping is steady.

the spectrum of problems in this thread can find different causes, however I suspect tropper's problem is actually PR side due to some of PR (in particular the maps) being too heavy.

Do you get alot of Memory CTDs also?

if this is the case the good news is that we've spent alot of time identifying maps with memory issues and hope our actions will result in fewer problems :)

Is it anything like this? For some reason even with a ping of 20, my screen would 'snap' back to where I assume it was on the servers end giving the impression that I was somehow out of sync with the server. I had that problem for about 4 months before I finally found out it was a program called 6engine.exe that came with my (asus) mobo. It was a overclocking utility so if this is at all similar I would have a look for any of those running.

Possibly the most frustrating problem I have ever had with a game.
