Im pretty sure it is L4gi's PLAN to run around corner and shoot everyone..

It is also advisable to jut build the FOB and leave it. Adding stuff just makes the FOB annoying and easy to detect.

Some good points, and with all the support assests these days if a FOb is spotted its gone. I think the best point if muttrah, The US has no reasonable place to deploy mortars (unless they chopper behind the mountain..) and Mec tends to build theirs in Fortress-if a server has a no attacking fortress untill its capable rule as US you are screwed. Point in fact was last night people being banned froma server for mortaring the MEC mortar position (in the fortress carpark)...
Meanwhile mec rains death on docks and the hills beyond.

I've NEVER worked 13 minutes to get a FOB up. Are you shoveling on your own or something?

I am pretty sure not dubbing for 10 million dutch was a cost/reward decision rather than one based on educational measures .

In my own experience most people are at least decent enough with english to play PR and I am sure it will only get better.

Depending on the map size, you can deploy HMGs and Tows in an offensive position to support an attack.

Like to echo this. There is nothing more annoying than seeing a squad building useless **** that just gives the fobs position away. If the fob is built solely for the defensive structures then fine, if you are just putting down wire and foxholes for the sake of it you are going to make your firebase so easy to see for the other team.

Yep... although you don't see that many defensive fob's

I understand your problems with the amount of digging and walking/jogging. Maybe you should create a squad that can avoid the things you don't like. That way you can call for transport for you and your squad. If you look hard, you can find places where fire-bases are well hidden and your squad can build only the necessary assets so it doesn't consume too much time. If you don't like waiting, then you can choose whenever you want to move because you are squad leader and you make the choices. Sometimes walking is safer because vehicles attract a lot of attention and they are easy to see with thermal.

dude man that's not cool, that is not what we fight for. He is using English, he's not great with it but you dont have to rag on him for it. Besides, english is just a butchery of french and german anyways. It's comments like these that gives the CF (or any other military for that matter) a bad image regardless of the contributions they've made.

back on topic, yes that is mostly a server side problem. If you want to get into good fights you gotta get into good servers, and of course get into good squads. I do believe there is a german community server which is near full most of the time, their games seem pretty organized and the server well administrated. See if you can find it.

I agree with this, try some other servers if there is a lack of team work.

Of course, I was refering to the OP's FOB with HMG's, a TOW, an AA and fox holes, odviously not your regular hidden spawn point

today was such a round on Muttra City (=HOG= or so)
We build 5 Fobs and all of them get Detroyed within 3 Minutes after Building by the Mortars
(stupid serverrule that its forbidden to atack mortars make every Conter impossible)
Really ... no fun

The other rounds since i postet this tread most times are good, but only because the enemy was not able to setup a Commander with Helo,Mortar,Tanks communikation. We did, and really, we destroyed the gamefun of our Enemy teams serious.
