i realy dont feal like starting all over again , 6 hr of working will be , gone ( i know i didnt finish that much and i could finish this in 1hr after what i learned in time but start all over again! painting , water,bases,Miscs 0,0 NeVeR :S

I must tell you that when you start mapping, it will happen that you work for 6 hours or more and then have to start over again. That's barely anything compared to the time that takes a really good map, 6 hours are just, well, can't find an adjective for it :P

I do recommend you to read the basics, intermediate tutorials first and see how others do the maps and try to acknowledge how BF2Editor works.

i know 6hrs isnt alot but yeah its like not wanting to do 6hrs again! , thx for the help guys

p.s: do u know any program that colors the map automatic? i know tpaint already but Tpaint misses with the terain i dont want that :S

misses with the terrain? Tpaint only creates colourtextures according to if that location is low, high, steep or shallow.

http://img801.imageshack.us/img801/1348/previewou.jpg <- an example, I put the colourfiles in to teh data folder of tpaint that I wanted, Grass, lighter Grass and rock.

geocontrol, terragen etc also can be used to texture your terrain, but its more complicated.
