If i play three times a week, i rage quit one, usually because i'm on the wrong server (Korean, spanish)

Usually in night where I start to have freeze, lag and tired.
I think I ragequit every weekend.

Guys read everithing again and think about what you wrote. This is really terrible and you should do something with your rage quitting.
This isnt helthness for you. Look into yourslself. After you control your emotion, you will become better player, and better person in life. If its rage you, stop playing before you lost control
Keep in mind you cannot be good player, or good in everithing if you dont control your emotion.
Next step is start listen your heart

Most people don't ragequit per se. I like the term Psyrus' brother put to it, yawnquit.

When some invisible switch is flicked, and I can no longer hit a target 10m in front of me...

experienced players know by now the short list of things to do to keep yourself from going into a tantrum and yelling ubsenities down an open mike.

obviously this includes getting on a good squad, promoting good ideas. or performing an integral role. but there are times when your team are degenerates, in which case its inevidable, you either chill yourself out and find a different server or you rage quit.

we should design the most relaxing poster ever, or somthing to be put on the wall behind your computer to stop you from crapping your pants with paniced angst.

I dont rage-quit but facepalm-quit.

Everytime i quit I ragequit/facepalmquit, else i wouldnt quit really. After a round or two lately.

I never quit without a bit of rage or, as somone above said, facepalm
Often I make a 30min break and then start the game as if it was the first time today.

I find that I quit more times in the day when people don't feel like communicating, i just ragequit 15 minutes ago the team wasn't giving any INF markers and my squad were just getting picked off without a word said from them.

I rage quit probably a total of 4 times, mostly induced by the whole squad (clan-mates) saying "F THIS!". There are times I have raged due to incompetency of the team, if my team plays like a bunch of COD kids and it's turned into one of those not so epic stalemates resulting in something akin to trench warfare there is a decent chance for rage quitting.

Mostly I see rage quitters getting upset over asset losses (Not saying the posters here, this is based on my own in-game experiences). Muttrah for example. 1:31 pre-match CAS squad comes up, they sit on the carrier deck 20 minutes for the Cobra. Yay it spawns, they warm engines and off they go *BEEP BEEP BEEP* woosh *BANG* bb cobra. CAS squad rages. Change Muttrah to any map with assets, and swap the Cobra with whichever asset you covet the most.

Ragequiting doesn't exist in PR. "Bore quiting" - that's more like it

I've never did this with pr, only with games like cod where the occasional glitcher and cheater or simply hater can kill the round

About once a week, or maybe 1 of 10 rounds?

It is when I join a squad, others quit and I become SL and try to keep the pace going. Squad mates leave, quit/whatever and there are 10 new squad members in 25 minutes. I get sick of it.

Ragequit is a contagious condition.

lol, yeah, he's the only guy I know to have rage quit before the game even began...

I think with Silly its not how often, its how many seconds into the game will he rage quit

I always quit after being killed 4 times in a row due to lag, or in Co-Op when my teammates aren't being 'obedient'. I usually end up grabbing a Cream Soda and coming back... then I have a great time.

After setting up a really really complicated ambush and we get sniped away, or nobody listens and we fail.
