You can use it to move bodies that are stuck in static objects, steep hillsides etc. where they would be difficult, if not impossible to revive otherwise. You can also achieve the same effect by dropping a dressing under the wounded before a revival, with the added bonus of the wounded being able to see, sprint, and generally not bleed to death in a few seconds right after being revived.

Edit: Ninja'd, as above.
Resuscitate is for moving bodies out of objects or down hills when they are stuck. The same thing was done by throwing medic bags at the body in regular BF2.
You'll find that when a body doesn't get revived by an Epipen, resuscitating it a couple of times then using the Epipen will work.

Ok thanks for the reply. Now i know what it is. But i have another new question/problem: (I hope you guys dont get angry when i start asking a lot)
I wanted to play today at the Tactical Gamer Server, and everytime i joined and run for few seconds, i got kicked by PB because of "Unknown Windows API (131133)". I have nothing installed new or changed the software, and yesterday i was able to play many rounds without problems. Any solutions?

A quick Googling found this:
PunksBusted.com > Unknown Windows Api Kick
API Kick 131133:
Known cause: Ventrillo Voice Overlay - Possibly other overlay programs. (ATI tool tray from Omega Drivers suspect)
Solution: Disable overlay program
Known cause: DxTweaker
Solution: Disable DxTweaker program
Known cause: Older TSO - Causes a "Missing/Corrupted API" kick
Solution: Update TSO to latest build

I found that too already:
I dont have Ventrillo, Mumble OVerlay is still disabled (default), i have closed Steam and Xfire for today, yesterday both programms were running.
No DXTweaker
No TSO.
It's really like "restarting computer->PB recognize a "Unknown Windows API".
Any other suggestions?

If you're not a supporting member (or smthn.) than you can't join Tactical Gamer when it's 62/64 or 64/64 players online, only when less than 62. That is, you can try, but you'll get kicked automatically.
Why should we be angry?
This is a much better place to ask these kind of questions. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to explain things while on the battlefield. This is a, erm, more peaceful place

Added you wicca.
There were only 50 ppl (i saw that 62 player max rule at the server info). But still i got kicked out. After restarting my computer again, it worked without problems (COOP server, another one)
