Meh, didn't work. Gues I'llhave to play like this.

Also a note to the dev's; every time I ALT+Tab it fixes the problem a bit, less objects are transparent

A bit late but it will be worth if it helps.

I had the same issue with Gigabyte HD 6850, and found out that lowering texture filtering from high to medium resolves it together with huge fps increase. Cheers!
