Actyally if you die in water, you go in wounded state, but since you are in water, you cant be revived.

Transport Helicopter / APC: 5 tickets
Tank / IFV / Jet / Attack Helicopter: 10 tickets
Destroying insurgent vehicles or structures does not reduce their tickets, because the only way their tickets are lowered is via destroying caches.
So on a somewhat related note: Since you stop gaining IP after both caches are revealed, does that also mean you stop -losing- them? Otherwise you can kill those pesky civi's once both caches are revealed and take no penalties until one cache goes down.
Watch out when using the manual for details. There are several errors/outdated contend in it. For what I can remember now; there're errors in the Construction Work/Deployable Structurs chapter(s). But I think the part you pulled out is legit.
And this is not adressed to you nixy: Whenever you get a black screen saying DEAD, your team has has always lost 2 tickets. This applies to all game modes except Vehicle Warfare (In VW tickets are only based on the flags) and Insergency as OPFOR. *Tested on a local server with 2 accounts. Tested with teamkill and "enemy-kill" with instant kill, though wounded state, and as commander.*

destroying civilian car: No gamemode where there are civi-cars together with tickets for that team. Ins doesn't lose tickets and no IPs are gained through vehicles destruction AFAIK. BUT the civi-cars are technically from the "jep" vehicle class. Therefore they probably would cost 2 tickets
destroying insurgents technical: Also "jep" vehicle class; - 2 tickets.
destroying insurgents hideout: FOB/hideout destruction doesn't cost any tickets or IPs
destroying a FOB: FOB/hideout destruction doesn't cost any tickets or IPs
capturing a CP: - 30 for the team that lost it
And if someone instantly dies, like when he gets killed inside a vehicle, does that mean he loses 2 tickets for the team or just one? And if you get teamkilled, does that mean ticket loss as well? Insta-death costs 1 ticket only. In fact it is better to have a vehicle crew jump out and THEN get killed instead of dieing inside! - Ticket-wise.
You are right on most of the stuff. Changed your text slightly where I find it necessary to be more clear. My changes and answer are in bold.
