Computer suddenly shutting down after installing new CPU

Ok I had a similar problem and I thought the same thing of heat but it ended up being my CPU and MOBO were not compatible what is your motherboard? Your temps are high you do need to fix that but there not high enough to cause a crash. Crash temps on Intel series are 80 - 90 C. How long dose it take for this to happen? I'm going to guess from 45min to 1.5 hours but sometimes it doesn't crash and some days more than others?

It crashes everytime i now play the game and it varies but it is roughly around the 45min mark. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Technology G41M-ES2L (Chipset G41, Rev A3). Since ive installed my new heatsink my temps never reach above that, infact it doesnt even go above 50C.

My CPU is compatible because it has the same socket and i did double check before i purchased.
