I AGREE . . . i just downloaded the A2OA Demo . . . . . and wow . . . I Hate Arma 2 already . . . . First thing is Everything is blurry, second my computer cant run off anything other than LOWEST of the LOW settings to get a Semi decent manoverability . . everything is overly stressed and over sensitive. I cant see half the time cant walk straight cant turnaround to a direction i want. not to mention the setup of the game is crazy you need to press all sorts of differnt Botton combonations to do anything. Sound Sucks Recoil =WTF ....... It could just be my computer but HEY im not getting a new Laptop anytime soon sooo .. .

i think its safe to say I will NOT be purchasing ARMA2 anytime soon even for PR Arma2. . . . . PR:BF2 works Fine for me.

I would buy both, since I already have Arma 2.

Its called a simulation for a reason and not a fps

First this...get a real computer (by that I mean gauge a game by testing the demo of it on a shitty laptop). I have a really shitty machine and I really mean s-h-i-t and it can run Combined Ops smoothly with no stutter. The game is not **** just because you happen to have a bad platform to begin with.

It is however a bad game for another number of reasons....

Only worth trying if you install ACE/ACRE and play with friends. Even then it is still pretty terrible.

1st like i said before im NOT getting a new computer so thats not even going to happen. . . 2nd No even when i gotit running smoothly it was like other people weresaying .. . CLUNKY you cant control things the way you expect too even with normal running settings. lastly good for you you can have fun playing PR: ARMA2 with out me

Buy Shogun 2, because I already own Arma 2

so you can't run ARMA, what hope do you have for running BF3 on anything but lowest settings

Many indeed get about the same first impression when they try A2. That is the biggest problem of A2. People expect an easy to use FPS game and they get badly optimized simulation that feels clunky to use.

However, when you get over the steep learning curve and the odd control system and finally realize that A2 indeed is not a FPS game but a sandbox warfare simulation where you can do pretty much anything you can imagine and then you will be like:

That's not my point. My point is that you cant classify a game as **** because your laptop cant run it on higher settings. Am I gonna say PR is **** because I cant run it on my laptop?

I will buy BF3 only if DICE will give me really good reason(if it will be like BF2 on beter frostbite2 engine, I will not buy it until it will be like 10 euro ), or for PR:BF3.
I will buy ARMA 2 only if PR:ARMA2 will be like BF2 R on beter engine(if it will be like other game(bots, bots and more BOTS) I will not).
About PR2 I'm not sure yet.

That is so my new avatar haaha . . . . . and yes that is exactly what i will do Or until i snap out of it and just stop playing PR all togeather . . and make babies . . . and Moneys . .. and eat foods and get fat . . . . and make more babies . . . then eat them for food . . . .. . . . all the same time you play Arma PR

Buy Arma 2 for PR wait for christmas to buy Battlefield 3

ANd most defintley always playing BF2 R

when you get around to your stand alone PR do me a favor, dont make it look awesome like breach did, then have it suck. (i know it wont )

I think I saw it somewhere and said that the PR team are making their own game so they WONT be making any BF3 PR.
