Infantry in a multiplayer game. No better way to get used to the game.

Oh my life, I haven't played PR for at least 2-3 years. I'm amazed that it's still going
I'm just having a read of the manual to see what's new.... Cellphones?
Not sure if my laptop will run PR even though it passes all the BF2 requirements (and the PR ones). I gave up on my PC not being able to run the massive maps (and people being stupid with the vehicles) and started playing Guild Wars instead... ahem

ops:
Do the helicopters still flip over if you can't fly them?

There is still a 30 sec warmup time on the chopper, and cellphones are for insurgents to mark enemys locations and to build FOB's.

Helicopters have become a bit easier to handle imo, but yes, the warm-up time is still there and starting too early gets you killed =p
The requirements are much higher than for BF2, but you'll only find out by trying ^^
As Gozjh said, the cellphones (or their regular equivalent, the radio) can be used for many things such as marking positions on the map, marking target areas for (player controlled) mortar and (non-player-controlled) artillery/JDAM strikes (although I'm not sure atm if that's in the radio menu or in the laser target designator), building forward outposts and such.

Twitch firing reactions (i.e firing at an enemy as soon as you see him in your sights, as in almost all other First person shooters) will have the following affect in Project Reality....
1) you will miss
2) you just gave away your position
3) the enemies friends come to his aid
4) cue large amount of incoming fire
5) you are suppressed into the dirt and die
6) if you did manage to hit the enemy, his teammates now heal him while you lay dead thinking "wtf just happened?"

Guys, he's not exactly new to the game...he might be missing alot of new features though. Mortars being one of them.
