I guess i just got used to the comfort of having it in the twisting of the joystick. But okay it makes sense to just use a button for it. You will not have the luxury of having analogue control of the rudder though.

Its all a preference. I like mouse and keyboard for choppers just because I feel more in control, but I LOVE joysticks with jets because you don't have to keep scrolling your mouse to bank hard...but I have seen people who are excellent with a mouse and keyboard with jets, all depends what ur comfy with ;-)
