I would take a vacation home on Quinling. Nice big lake, trees and hills. very nice!

I would pick Ramiel, the House on the hill in the village. For a job I would hire some locals and start my own band of pirates.

My first thought was Iron Ridge, but then I realized how fucking scary that city is. Wrecked ferris wheel, creepy playground. But then I thought; Hey! Why don't I move there, hire some natives, and we'll fix up the place! Make it real nice and cozy.
Maybe we'll even start our own amusement park, work by the water refinery (?), go deer haunting in the K-L-M coloumn, ambush the Russian main, go off-road with an ammo techie.

Ahhh, life would be brilliant.

I'll just wait for more maps to be released and then take my pick as none of current really strikes me hard.

HAHA oh man Great responses so far guys ;D Like some one said . . Yeah i guess this could be semi used as some sort of basis for creating new maps keeping in mind . . What do the people who live there do if there is a village that is. The outlays of maps should always make sense in a Tactical AND in a Practical View. Basically if it is a setting such as a suburban area Create the normal town/City, Power stations or at least power lines simulating power entering the city. plenty of Shops or community based zones such as Farms. then Scenery like connecting Rivers Etc what ever Mappers probably know more than i do but its always important to remember the essentials.

I'm thinking Dragon Fly. The apartments should be within an affordable price range and the kids would love the northern fields.

Kashan Desert would be my choice. One of those small, modest houses in the North and South village.

there would be no locals, i would banish them to the main land and if they didn't like it i would invite the USMC to build a nice strategic base there. though i would advice them to bring cobras instead of huey's.

if all this failed i would build my own nuclear weapon and hold the world to ransom as a way of earning a crust.

Live in Quinling and have a holiday home in Dragon Fly also for Quinling I would build a nice house on a hill out of the pines and have the lake as a swimming pool and other water activities.
