Taking a break from PR is probably one of the best ideas ive had in a long time. Its much more to fun to play every now and then than it is to rage every night at the same noobs for being useless.

Too true, we all get hacked after a while.

I've only got PR installed, but seem to be fairly busy. That said playing PR is how I spend most of my spare time, but I am on far too often. I do get withdrawal symptos too, but then I did with vBF2. Online gaming is addictive.
Moving house next week and will be without the interwebs for 2 weeks. Might take up airfix I think

PR has ruined my suspension of disbelief in pretty much every game. I can't play any games esp. shooters now without thinking about realism. Makes me yearn for the days when I was easily amused by the crappiest of games.

Playing like 1 round a week now if I see 128 on, found it too hard to get back to 64 after the massacres of 128 and all that. Hope the new patch comes out b4 PR:ARMA.. that should get me back to PR.

I agree with L4gi, It really is a lot nicer to play less often instead of bursting a vessel every night.

I normally find when I get PR fatigue there's a release just round the corner... must be close

Hadn't played in what I'm guessing is 2 months. Just started getting back into it again now that I have the time.

Don't really know why I've stopped playing
Tried black-ops today. Not liking it so far. Glad its borrowed from a friend

But I'm playing less and less PR as well. After the 128 server closed down I lost my first big bit of interest. After trying out some 64 player games on PRTA and playing the same map over and over I lost more interest.
My online friends are gone playing ARMA so I'm left alone on boring games. Well, to me they are boring. Same old same old. I either need some new friends or a new computer so I can follow them to ARMA
But like some other people are saying. I'm missing the teamwork and the style PR offers. That is, when your in a good/fun game

Finding it real hard to find a good game these days, I remember when I first picked the mod up, wouldn't mind which squad I joined, what role I'd be playing or who I'd be playing with and on which server. Now though I scroll through the server list going, no, no, no, cba waiting for a spot, no....
When I finally join a server I'm reluctant to join a squad which my friends aren't in or just people I recognise in the game and I can generally summarise the round in a few seconds before exiting the game thinking "nah, maybe another time". Need a break from it right now but within the year I'll be back on again in disbelief at what I was missing out on

I know what you mean Kingy, I can hardly stand getting in a server without my comrades. It's so much better to play when you have a good idea what the guy next to you is going to do or how he'll react.

Hi, my name is Mahis and im an PRholist. I've been clean for 2 month now, and life is smiling. Buying new computer after summer, maybe for gaming or then just laptop. Would be easy to stop gaming now, but there is BF3 and PR: ARMA coming out so not sure if i can make it :/

I haven't played PR properly for a loooooooooong time. Had a quick round on Kashan the other day, but that doesn't really count. Playing PR with friends beats all, so if I'm on my own looking for a game I will not join a server if I don't recognise anyone.
Turns out my PC is struggling more and more to run PR smoothly with every new release. Put the graphics on lowest when .8 came out because of the lag. It does ofcourse vary from map to map, but the newer maps kill my framerate. Time for an upgrade I suppose.
Now I mostly lurk around the forums, primarily the off-topic section

Don't worry Cyber not gonna leave you as long as the 128 is up

3 more days till i get to play! I cant wait to get back on with you gents. Sadly the quality of the servers i frequent have gone down a bit since the 128 test server went up. most times there's either a lacking of players or otherwise full of not very organized folks. Some SLs try but don't understand how to plan properly and are completely inflexible.
