Depends on what area you look at I suppose. I think this might be in the South of Dagestan which might be closer to the mountains (looks like some height difference in that picture) and probably poorer/more rural areas. Most video footage and pictures I've seen though is regular housing as well so yeah I didn't think it would be Dagestan at first either. This is all just thinking out loud ofcourse.

That is Dagestan, I guess it's a usual counter-terrorist operation. I also guess we won't see PKP in game in foreseeable future, that's sad
