T&T have got a new setup, as seen below: All map server, 64 players, 24 player Skirmish & 24 player passworded Training server.

Name: Tactics & Teamwork | All Maps PR0.809
IP Address: 85.236.103.12:16567
Slots: 62 + 2 reserved

Name: Tactics & Teamwork | Skirmish PR0.809
IP Address: 85.236.103.12:16767
Slots: 24 (0 reserved)

Name: Tactics & Teamwork | Training PR0.809
IP Address: 85.236.103.12:16867
Slots: 24 (0 reserved) (passworded)
The following rules are applicable across ALL Tactics & Teamwork servers:

Server Rules:
  • Use of in-game VOIP for commanders/squad leaders is compulsory. We do recommend ALL players use it
  • All players must join a squad, or they will be automatically kicked after 90 seconds
  • All players must follow orders from their squad leaders at all times. Failure to follow orders will result in a kick from the server
  • Squad leaders must follow orders from their Commander (if present) or they may too be kicked
  • All players are expected to act with maturity and consideration for other players
  • Queue jumping/force TKing for assets will get you kicked
  • Bunnyhoppers and prone divers will be banned without warning (this is war, not ballet)
  • The All Maps server is not to be used to chopper training - if you can't fly, don't!! Use the Training Server.
  • Locked squads are NOT ALLOWED unless OK'd by a server admin
  • Enemy rally points should be destroyed if found. Camping a rally point for cheap spawn kills will get you kicked
  • Base rape is NOT allowed. The only exception is destruction of COMMANDER assets by spec ops/engineers (C4 & SLAM).
  • We reserve the right to impose control over use of assets (e.g. Air only squads etc). Anyone not obeying this rule will be kicked
  • We may change the rules from time to time if gameplay requires it. We will communicate this in server at the time.
I hope you all enjoy :D

What MadTommy forgot to say, was that you can find the password for the Training server at our website. Just register, and take a look in the Game Server info forum.

Also - please bear in mind that the All Maps server is FULL at 62/64. If you try to join and get a message indicating you've been kicked/banned for teamkilling, it's merely because the server is full. Keep trying!

Enjoy!

what do you define by commander assets now, since the CP is invincible?

and are your insurgency rules any different?

Lol I only changed the chopper rule - didn't read them all.

Our base rape rule is basically aimed at snipers, tanks, or whatever sitting outside of the base and blasting anyone who spawns. Also, we see no need for infantry to enter mainbases to attack other infantry, unless the base it cappable.

So I guess our rule is:

Base rape is NOT allowed. This includes the airbase & palace on Al Basrah.

haha yeah! Thats what I keep telling my provider.... I should have had it by now but they messed up and that got me another 4 weeks of waiting ( 3 to go yet! )

Im also thinking of getting a subscription with you guys. Yours and Tactical Gamer are the only 2 servers I play on. But I cant instantly join those because they are so populair! :P

Quick question: Does the server recognise me as a paying customer or do I need to get in touch with an admin to make room for me? ( when I got a subscription and I want to join the full server )

Love this sever, always dead smooth running for me and the T&T guys are dead cool and fun to be in a squad with. My 1 qualm is not been able to lock squads, but after some persistent kick people usually get the message - I usually ask them to leave first before you think I/whoever I'm pubbing with from NATO is a ****.

@Cyberzomby: Much as I hate to say it, you don't need to pay us to get on the server. That would make you just an anonymous person paying to get on the server, which isn't in the spirit of [T&T].

Join us on Teamspeak. Get to know us, and allow us to get to know you. We're more than happy to make a space on the server for regulars.

@AnRK: We prefer unlocked squads in order to foster teamplay, friendliness, and to prevent elitism. If [T&T] locked themselves away in a squad all the time we'd never meet anyone and recruit them. Or even just get to know them and have a laugh.

Language, using clan TS etc isn't an excuse - everyone can use VOIP, or communicate using the commo rose. I was in a squad last week with some Finnish guys who didn't speak English well. They were an excellent squad and the SL was more than capable of doing his job without chatting away to me in English.

Cyber m8, we dont do reserved slots for anyone m8, not even for ourselves... It pisses us off when we get kicked to make room for Admin or supporting member so we dont implement it on ours, but if its full and your desperate to get on PM me ;)

And [T&T] lads, I apologise whole heartedly if ive hijacked the thread a little :muted:

Well I dont mind waiting a few minutes constantly refreshing :P and than joining. Good to know that if it takes longer than usual I can get on teamspeak. I think I can call myself a regular on both servers. Seems that not that many people seem to recognise me thou! :P So Ill get on your TS server a bit more. Seems a bit too much comms though! With the voip ingame and the TS outside.

No its a general comment.

When someone comes here and posts some critisism, he gets all defencive.

What a ridiculous comment.

If someone comes here posting 'criticism' as you call it, or any kind of feedback - good or bad, then of course I will respond. It's called 'balance'. Look it up.

If someone posts saying something that makes us look bad, I will naturally respond to it to balance the argument. That's perfectly reasonable.

Jeez, some people have such a blinkered self-centred outlook on life.

Its not that you respond, its HOW you respond.
