This fails hard.Id recommend you get better people and use battle director. And when you use 1st person shots like when Shughart was shooting people with the M-14. Try to make it realistic too. Make a US insurgency map And make RPG's hit the tail rotor.

im going to suspone any practicing until i can get orginized. Tomorrow I am going through the forum to get peoples roles and I am going to write some stuff out I want to do for the movie. I need help with my pr game it keeps crashing after i click join game. If someone can help me I would appriciate it. until now I would like to hope that people can stop posting negative comments on this forum, i understand it is to help but its making things alot harder for me. Thanks

I understand im not like Stephen Spielberg or Ridley Scott producer of movies, this is a game not real life. I can only take this so far, to where its not even funny I am doing my best as 1 person to keep everything in order, maybe what i need is some support and not criticism maybe that would help until then, im not going to do any more practice. Thanks for the info on the trailer.

thats what you're aiming for, no obtrusive HUDs, filmed using Battlerecorder (they probably used battledirector as well), well timed good quality and well chosen sounds like voice overs from the film and simple yet effective transitions.

If you are not going to use battlerecorder, at least use renderer.drawhud 0 (type it in to console- press ` thats the one next to 1) to hide the chat ingame and server messages etc, and I would encourage you yo use the teamspeak server Gazzthompson offered you so that you can actually talk to eachother, but you might want to set it up so that your voice cannot be heard by your recording software, if you use the "what you hear" option it should work.

Have you considered downloading the old 0.5 PR files and using that version of basrah for your movie? It might be better to use that version of Basrah, Idk if any servers run the old 0.5 with battlrecorder enabled, so you might have to turn to the hamachi program of which I pmed the details to you.

Yeah somthing like that in .5 basrah or a new .8 city map with the US would be much better. Like I said in an earlier post rushing this and making half assed would be disrespectful

third the only thing thats fails is you so if your gonna be a dink dont post

my main grief with this trailer, is that it looks like a random round of basrah, the most basic things required in making a film are not there and make it look..... like a random round of basrah.

It would be good, if he could link us to the file, instead of telling us to look at his page on filefront, because his page has some weird stuff, that we do not recognize, and i think that it was JUST released, so how are we dumb?

After reading some of that it looked like some people got an odd bug (Im sure okita's fixed it for a final version but im not sure if thats the one that can be down loaded) so thats not really an option dude

Or, I dont know, be patient, dont rush, plan, and see what the future brings? Dont worry if you dont get .8 tomorrow, you shouldnt be filming now anyway... especially on a Brit map, first person, etc.

I dont even want to know when the last public upload was, because that screenshot looks like absolute shit.
