if this doesnt work you can just run tpaint once then open the colormap.tga edit your texture and save the colormap.tga and make it read only, then run tpaint again and everything will get splitted to the colormaps folder
i fixed it, no problem :) you cant run an already compressed Tga. file through t-split apparently

what do you mean with compressed .tga file ? it has to be 4096? pixel Geocontrol usually exports 1024? so you have to scale it up

when i save it, i have the option to select 24 bit and also if i i want RLE compression, it was selected already, but when i resaved it without RLE compression it worked :roll:

yeah ofc should be 24bit uncompressed which should be default

anyway, im still making progress with the map, hopefully ill get the terraintextures and colormap done within the next days

Could also be missing serverarchives and clientarchives .con files.

no _minimap is simply that you did not make your init.con read only and the team settings got overwritten by the editor.

seems like i missed a letter when copying the factions into Init. easy fix, thanks for the help!
