it was not about the ban i wasnt asking to get unbanned , it was about your admins behaviors but it is ok pls answer the questions i posted above

The [NEW] adminteam consists of ~ 35 ppl. Since we have no ban-entry with your name in our statistics, it is really not possible to find the responsible administrator without you reporting to our forum. There's a reason why the rules say that the feedback-forum should NOT be used to discuss ban/kick related issues, because it's not monitored frequently by every admin, unlike our own forum.

Hey, as we are 7 hours ahead (so 6:45 pm in Chicago is 1:45 (am) in Berlin) the server is by far not everyday populated at that time.
So, using our adminlogs (it is an automatic system), I found the last ban taken place between 1:00 am and 2:00 am:

"2012-06-16 01:53:33: TB performed by ' [NEW]D0RN' on ' Myrmidonx': Stop teamkilling! banned by [NEW]D0RN"

As you can see, it was only a temporary ban, exactly 3 months ago.
To make sure I am not missing anything, I also checked the last 3 kicks in that timeframe. The result:

"2012-09-15 01:15:14: K performed by ' [NEW]D0RN' on '[new] Elirah01': so nicht"
2012-09-08 01:14:36: K performed by '[NEW] Jaghammer_Orign' on '[new] Elirah01': bugtest
"2012-09-08 01:08:37: K performed by '[NEW] xx-Rag3-xx' on ' lawlsor': You got kicked for not using PRMumble. Visit realitymod.com/mumble for more information!"

The last ban on our server was:

"2012-09-08 00:26:05: B performed by ' [NEW]D0RN' on ' falcon153649': Racism is not tolerated on our Server! banned by [NEW]D0RN"

As I see, I looked everywhere, but could not find anything that would suggest that an admin banned you. It still could be our autoadmin system combined with punkbuster, I explain how:
You accidentaly teamkilled 3 mates (and that can happen quickly with non-marked mines around a cache) and they decided to punish you, you got kicked. You came back to the server, chasing a ghost with trying to find the "admin", you spammed every channel with it - and got temporary banned by punkbuster for chatspam.

At this point, I looked everywhere to find your name in the chatlogs between 1 am and 2 am (during the whole September) - without any luck.

So, I am pretty sure - and will stay so until you post some solid proof - that you were not banned, not even kicked with your forum name on our server between the timeframes you mentioned in this month. As a note, we almost never play Al Bashrah at 1:00 am server time - as it would empty the server very quickly.

Of course, if you give an exact player name I can look for it during our whole server history (our present adminlog starts at 15th of July, 2011), but I think it is unneccecary - as you most likely played on another server at 6:45 pm Chicago time.

Edit: I looked for your name (freeway) and AkA name (AlexanderK-47) in our adminlog (starting at 15th of July, 2011), and found nothing. Not even a report, let alone kick or ban.

my name when i was playing was g-club sorry didnt mention that , i knew who banned me but i dont care for that , find the chat log u will see i did not spam every channels and was very calm , now again i would love to know the answers for those questions i posted , i know we have bad and good admins every where but ordering me not to lay down mines just because the system wont let me mark them and playing games when asked who kicked me was not good , btw i dont think u want to post the kick message here cuz it was somewhat funny . i am here not to talk about i am banned or not so no need to go to your forum to appeal , just want to know what went wrong and why a kick and then a ban was that needed when all u had to say was hey try to mark your mines if u could

I searched for "g-club", "club", "klub": no hits at all (neither in adminlog, nor in chatlogs)
When I searched for "g-" I got 33 hits (like spg-techie, king-golfili,TG-X, etc), but nothing like your forum name, alias or ingame name.

If you give me a date and time I can give you the chatlogs (even +1 and -1 day if you want). I am sure we did not ban you in the last couple of days, as I already told you the last ban on our server was on 8th of September, 00:26:05 (CET) by [NEW] D0rn for racism.

You are accusing us of something we did not do, therefore I can not tell you what went wrong. Are you absolutely sure you got banned on our server for laying mines around a cache during a timeframe most of our admins are sleeping and the server is either empty or running small infantry maps/skirmishes?

If you already know who banned you, why don't you write down the name here?

since you are not listed in our admin-logs (for a ban/warning or anything) nor you are listed in the statistics of our NEW-Server at "Gametracker" :

meaning you have never played on our server before, i guess you confuse NEW Server with NwA Server where you are listed at "Gametracker"

In that case this is where you want to go:

*NwA* Clan

Tell them you right ingame name from the beginning and the date when it happened btw
if you tell us the date we can check the chat-logs of our server to be 120% sure that you were not there but im pretty sure you confuse NEW with NwA.

And next time think twice if its the right Server before accusing anyone! ^^

just had a pretty good game at Al Bashra on UK team, with lots of teamwork, apc support, awesome chinook pilot, ...
enjoyed it, thanks to all of my team.

I had an awesome round yesterday on blackgold
good server and by the looks of it there was good communication between squads.
I have to get out of the closet and play on more servers than just NwA

Yesterday we had some intense fights on Ghost Train.

lol iron ridge ftw was a breath of fresh air tbh, my guys really enjoyed it.

Great server, I wish it was populated more often.

Freeway there's no need to use one mine-marker per minefield. That way you won't run out of markers.

Sorry to say this, but I got a very negative feeling about this server from tonights games.

The teams were incredibly stacked the whole evening, all the admins were on one side with all the clans, while the other team consisted of the random leftovers and stood no chance whatsoever during the whole evening.
