Its an automated message, you might have to ask up on the forums for this. Probably just a mistake.

I distinctly remember someone calling for transport in the city, so I landed there for a moment.

Apparently the admin who kicked you thought you were a possible asset-waster when you were "hanging out" in the city with your Chinook, so he decided to kick you. If you want to complain about it, do it here.

I was looking at your flying, and I would suggest you get a bit more training before you start flying on public deployment servers.
